With just over 3 months to go before the, we would like to ask our volunteers to please consider gathering together a variety of items, which will help us raise much needed moneyat the show.
Please could you keep them until nearer the time (perhaps until April) as storage space for the large quantities we need is a problem. Our Tombola Elves can then start preparing the items for the show.
We will need:
*Bottles that can fit into bottle bags: spirits/wine/ tonic/squash/water/shampoo/oil etc;
*Tombola prizes – perhaps unwanted gifts and items, especially those suitable as prizes for men and children
*Also needed during the days before the Annual Show are home made cakes and home grown plants of all kinds.
We are always in need of high value prizes/vouchers/experiences etc which will attract visitors to buy raffle tickets at the show. If anyone can offer anything of this nature please do get in touch (so we can promote the raffle prizes before the event).
