About Me
Treat is a lovely 4 year old black and white female greyhound available for adoption at Pawprints Dog Rescue in the Midlands.
Treat is a 4 year old retired greyhound who is looking for a new home. Treat can live with other dogs and would particularly suit to share with other sighthounds or a larger breed. She cannot live with very small breed dogs.
As Treat has never lived in a home before she may need a little time and patience to understand the home environment and learn about all the comforts of home life. We think a home with older teenagers (15+) would be best, so that Treat can enjoy a calmer home life whilst she learns to settle.
Treat has loved going out and about for walks with fellow dogs and has been very confident in exploring new areas, including busy areas with lots of people and dogs around. She is such a fun dog to be around and loves coming up for fuss. Treat does become excited when she spots small furries such as squirrels so her new family must be mindful of this. She is unable to live with cats or small furries due to this reason unless the caged small animals are in a room where she will never make contact with them.
Treat will be a fabulous addition to a home where she has a big bed to stretch out on and gets lots of attention.
