We are constantly blown away by the kindness of our local community and also the support we receive from people much further afield. Every donation, every hour worked or volunteered and every act of kindness has helped give another dog the second chance they deserve.
Our CEO and Founder, Anita, wanted to share this message with you all:

Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough.
Whether you’ve made a monetary donation, no matter the size, sent dog treats, food, toys, bedding, or any other gifts, you’ve been part of every rescue we’ve been able to carry out. Every act of kindness, no matter how big or small, has made a real difference.
We’ve had some incredibly challenging months, including some major veterinary bills that at times have felt overwhelming. But because of your generosity, we’ve been able to say “yes” to dogs that desperately needed us, provide the medical care they deserve and continue giving them the second chance they never thought they’d have.
When you donate, you’re not just giving money or supplies. You’re helping a frightened dog feel safe, helping an injured dog receive life-saving treatment, and helping us continue our mission when the odds sometimes feel stacked against us.
To the wonderful individuals who quietly support us time and time again, and to the amazing businesses who have become our heroes, please know that we see you all, we appreciate you and we never take your kindness for granted.
Quite simply, we couldn’t do what we do without you.
