Coventry 10K and Half Marathon

Thank you for choosing to run for Team Pawprints. Before signing up to run with your own place or when applying for a charity place with Team Pawprints, please take the time to read Terms and Conditions below which are also highlighted the Pawprints event forms.

Terms and Conditions:

When applying for a charity place, I understand my place in my chosen distance is not confirmed until a member of the Pawprints Fundraising Team has been in touch to let me know whether or not I’ve been successful in obtaining a charity place.

I understand that this event is organised by a third party organiser (Run For All) and my details will be shared securely with them on their portal, if my charity place application is accepted. I agree to abide by any terms and conditions, rules, instructions and regulations given before, or on the day of the event by the Run For All event officials and organisers. I accept that if I can no longer take part in the 2027 Coventry Running Festival (Half Marathon or 10K), or if the event is cancelled, there is no guarantee that my place will be rolled over to the following year, but Pawprints Dog Rescue will endeavour to do so, or help where possible.

When signing up to the Run For All Coventry Half Marathon or 10K 2027 with a charity place, I pledge to raise and achieve a minimum of £125 in the HM / £80 in the 10K in sponsorship, excluding Gift Aid. This sponsorship money will be with the charity no later than Tuesday 25th May, of which at least 50% is due by two weeks prior to the race day 2027 (if signing up within those two weeks, I must ideally raise 50% of the overall target within the same week of signing up). If I fail to do this, I may be at risk of losing my charity place in the event. When running with my own place in my chosen distance, I understand that I have no set minimum fundraising target and can collect as much or as little sponsorship as I wish. Should I raise sponsorship for Pawprints through this event, I will ensure that any sponsorship money will be with the charity no later than Tuesday 25th May 2027.

I understand that if signing up to run in the Run For All Coventry Half Marathon or 10K 2027 with my own place, I will need to have already purchased or will be purchasing a place from the organisers, and I have received confirmation of my entry in the race. Should I still need to purchase my own place, I know to do so from the official Run For All website: www.runforall.com/events/.

I agree all monies raised will be donated only to Pawprints Dog Rescue, unless confirmed otherwise with the charity. If fundraising for Pawprints Dog Rescue alongside another charity/ies, this will be communicated with both Pawprints and the other charity/ies, and across all of my fundraising to provide full clarity to all involved and will still ensure to raise the full minimum pledge amount for Pawprints Dog Rescue regardless.

I give permission for the free use of my first name, picture/image, feedback and comments in any future publicity, advertising, fundraising materials and/or promotion conducted by Pawprints Dog Rescue. If you do not wish to consent to this please email pdrescue@hotmail.com.

I accept that by signing up to this event, I am consenting to receiving ALL information and communication around this event from Pawprints Dog Rescue, including any fundraising documents and sponsorship forms. I accept the responsibility of informing Pawprints Dog Rescue should I wish not to receive event specific communications.
