Billy has now been with us for over 6 months and has sadly still not found his forever home. This handsome boy is now understandably starting to struggle in the kennel environment and so we are appealing for a temporary foster home for him to settle into while he waits for an adoptive family.
When Billy came into our care, it was clear that he hadn’t been exposed to a lot in the past and so understandably, can act a bit over the top when he is feeling overwhelmed. However, he is coming on leaps and bounds; a calm and consistent routine for Billy will help him feel safe and secure.
Billy will need a few visits from a potential foster (or forever!) family so that he can feel comfortable and confident before going into a home with them. In the home, Billy would require a quiet space to retreat to if he did start to feel uncertain and a secure garden for him to relax in. Billy enjoys his fuss, especially a good ear scratch and would benefit for someone to initially be around for the majority of the day to keep him company.
