T&Cs: By signing up to this Pawprints Dog Rescue event, you confirm you understand and accept the following terms and conditions: 

I accept that by signing up to this event (and anyone else I am signing up) that I am consenting to receiving ALL information about this event from Pawprints. This includes any fundraising materials and sponsorship forms. I accept the responsibility of informing Pawprints Dog Rescue should I wish not to receive event specific communications. I acknowledge that Pawprints Dog Rescue will take all reasonable steps to minimise the risk of accident or injury to participants and dogs during this event and accept full responsibility for myself, my dog/s and anyone I have signed up with, whilst participating in this event. I understand that Pawprints Dog Rescue cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, injury or death to myself, my dog/s, or anyone else I have signed up with. I understand that under 18 year olds must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. At no point should my dog/s be left unattended or off-lead. I understand that Pawprints Dog Rescue may photograph or film me, anyone I have signed up or my dog/s as a participant, and that such photographs and footage may be used for commercial and/or fundraising purposes in the future. I and anyone I have signed up, gives permission for Pawprints to use any of the photos taken of my dog at the event for future Pawprints marketing materials, promotion or on their official social media channels and website. No compensation will be given to owners from the use of the images. I or anyone else I have signed up, accept the responsibility of informing Pawprints Dog Rescue should I wish to not be photographed or wish for my dog/s not to be photographed. I confirm that I and anyone I have signed up with is sufficiently fit and healthy to take part in this event. Should this change, medical advice will be sought and ideally obtained prior to the event. I and anyone I have signed up, take full responsibility for any costs attributed to our participation in this event and will not deduct any expenditure from funds raised. I accept the responsibility to ensure that all fundraising monies/donations received in connection with this event are paid to Pawprints Dog Rescue (we do ask that you do this as soon as possible after the event, please). I and anyone I have signed up accept that should I/we longer be able to take part in this event, will be unable to claim a refund for any registration fees paid. Any sponsorship collected will be refunded to the donor or gifted to Pawprints Dog Rescue on instruction by fundraiser. I and anyone I sign up with, agree to abide by any rules, instructions and regulations given before, or on the day of the event by event officials. I and anyone I’ve signed up with accept Pawprints Dog Rescue’s right to refuse entry to participants. Finally, I and anyone I sign up with, accept that Pawprints Dog Rescue reserves the full right to alter, change, reduce or cancel the event to accommodate unexpected conditions, complications or situations on the day that may affect the event in any way and/or any participants, volunteers and staff.
