Moon

Moon is looking for a home to call her own where she can start to learn that the outside world isn’t so scary. She would benefit from living with other confident dogs as she loves to play and gains confidence from them. Moon could live with teenagers if they are happy around a larger breed, although she is smaller now, she may grow quite a bit. Being a super intelligent puppy, she loves to learn when you can get her focus away from sniffing and exploring the environment, so is looking for a patient family willing to take the time to train her. Moon’s new family will need to be around most of the time to start with until time left alone is gradually built up.

We don’t have any history on Moon before she came to us. She was found as a stray along side another shepherd pup, but we don’t think she has experienced much of the world. She is worried by loud noises and traffic and can hide away. She can be vocal seeing other dogs when on walks, this is her being frustrated, this is something we are working on, and we will be there for any support her family may need.

If you don’t feel ready to adopt, we would also be looking for foster carers to take on Moon so she can start to get the experience she needs to thrive in a home, she is making progress all the time with us, but we are keen to move her out of the kennel environment as soon as we can
