About Me
Although Mayo can be a little wary around new people, he absolutely loves the company of other dogs. He is a typical lurcher, and thoroughly enjoys his walks off-site as well as a good zoom around the paddock! With a bit of time and patience, we think Mayo will open up and become a wonderful, loving companion.
Home Requirements
As Mayo is more confident around other dogs, he is ideally looking for a home with another dog. He has an extremely high prey drive and as such he cannot live with cats or other small furries, and cannot be off the lead around wildlife. Mayo is a big strong boy, so his owners will need to be confident handling him on the lead. Given his prey drive, we would also recommend muzzle training as a precaution. Mayo could live with older children, but would prefer a quieter household in general.
