About Me
Beauty certainly lives up to her name, as we’re sure you can see! She was absolutely terrified when she came into Pawprints, and can be wary of people sometimes. However, when she gets to know you she is the sweetest, softest girl! She loves to play tuggy and fetch, and when she’s done she’ll come over for a good scratch. Beauty is very strong on the lead, although we have found she walks better in a harness and this could be worked on through kind, positive training.
Home Requirements
Although we don’t know exactly what combination of breeds Beauty is, she is certainly majority ‘guardian’ breed (e.g. Mastiff, Great Dane) so her new owners will need to have a good understanding of this breed group and their traits. She would like to live in a quiet, adult-only home where there are not too many different visitors passing through. Beauty cannot live with cats or other dogs, although we think that in time she could make some doggy friends with careful introductions.
