About Me

Bandit is an absolutely stunning boy with a great temperament to match. Although small for his breed, he’s a typical husky: vocal, full of energy and a consummate escape artist! He is very underweight at the moment, and also a bit of a picky eater, but we’re sure that with regular walks and the right diet he’ll be back to full fitness in no time. Bandit loves his toys, but is mostly just happy being in human company. He has shown that he is uncomfortable with certain types of handling, so his new owners will have to pay close attention to his body language to make sure he doesn’t feel the need to escalate his behaviour.

Home Requirements

Bandit is looking for an active home where someone is around most of the day to keep him company. Time spent on his own in the house will need to be built up gradually. He would make a great canicross dog, and will need plenty of mental and physical stimulation so that he doesn’t become bored. Bandit is looking for an adult-only home where he will be the only pet, as he currently tends to get very over-excited by other dogs (though this could be worked on through training). He has proven himself to be a bit of an escape artist, so a fully secure garden with a 6-foot fence is essential. He will likely need all his basic training in his new home.
