Coventry Half Marathon and 10K

You can apply to run with a free charity place in either distance. All you need to do, is fill out your details, pledge to raise the set minimum target sponsorship in return, and await to hear if we can offer you a space! Our Fundraising Officer will be there to help you every step of the way should you need any fundraising tips, advice or general support.
Minimum fundraising pledges:
10K: £80 (before Gift Aid)
Half Marathon: £125 (before Gift Aid)

If you’ve already purchased your own place, or are planning to through the organisers, you can still join Team Pawprints. Fundraise with no set target from us, simply raise as much as you can!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Timings: The Half Marathon will start at 09:00 and the 10K will start at 09:30.
Age limit: For the Half Marathon entrants must be 17 years or over, and for the 10K entrants must be 15 years or over on event day.
Runner numbers: The organisers will provide you with your runner numbers. More information will be available closer to event day.
ROUTE INFORMATION
10K: A great event for runners and spectators alike, attracting huge crowds and spectators. It takes place on the historic City Centre streets passing the Wave Waterpark, Moseley Avenue Park, and finishing at the Coventry Cathedral.
Half Marathon: Recreating much of the previously popular route, the event will take place on the historic City Centre streets before heading to the nearby countryside and out towards Shakespeare’s county of Warwickshire.

EVENT INFORMATION (from the organisers)
Event Village: The bustling Event Village will be located in University Square, Coventry CV1 5FJ. To satisfy your pre and post-run fuel needs, a selection of tasty food and drink choices will be available to purchase.
Toilets: Please only use the allocated toilets for this event located in the hub and on the course. Run For All operates a zero-tolerance policy and any runners seen urinating anywhere other than the facilities provided will be disqualified.
Medical: Should you find you require medical assistance, personnel will be on hand to help at regular intervals on the course with fixed first aid stations located near the water stations. Additionally, there will be a first aid unit and recovery area located near the start and finish line. There will also be roaming first aiders around the Event Village.
Fuel & Hydration: 300 ml bottled water is available on the course and 500 ml will be available at the finish line. We will also have High 5 & Red bull energy stations on course
Photos: Smile! The Marathon Photos team will be on course throughout the event to snap your picture. Photographs can be purchased at marathonphotoslive.com
Results: All results will be available in the results section of the website soon after the end of the event. However, keep in mind that it’s not all about times – you should be proud of yourself just for getting out there and getting active!
